The first Avenger! Mr Captain America himself!
I still have difficulties with limiting shading which you can see at certain places in this sketch. But I think I'm getting there. I actually managed to do this one in about 2 hours! Which is a lot less than my previous sketches.
I've also used a HB pencil instead of a B pencil this time, and it feels a lot better to sketch with.
But ofcourse there is no such thing as perfection. So do I think this looks like Captain America? YES! But do I think this looks like Crhis Evans? No, not really...
I'd appreciate it if you could give me some tips and hints on how to improve my sketching so it would look like Chris Evans!

Wow, that looks really good for something done in two hours.
Nice work!
I have the same problem with portraiture - whilst the pictures are structurally sound, they don't really look much like the reference. I've found that you have to pay real close attention to the details such as eyes, nose, mouth, jaw, cheekbones, etc. Study lots of pictures of the person, not just the one you want to reference directly, and try to deduce what makes their face their's .
Now I feel like drawing portraits...
But anyway, I hope that helped a bit
